I am frustrated by Dr. Reutter's lack of follow up, untimely evaluation reports as a matter of fact since last May I havenot recieved mu child's evaluation report despite frequent and numerous calls until I finally gave up. I takes multiple phone calls to get any where with his office and staff. I think that he is approachable, spends adequate time to answer all my questions and concerns however the fact that i can not get tjhe reports I need to forward to the school and to have persnally is beyond unacceptable. I am not sure but I feel as if you don't enroll in his empowered learning programs then we are placed far down on his list of priorities.
